This holiday property is superbly situated for outdoor enthusiasts, with canoeing, golf, fishing and horse riding all close by. Abergavenny, which is the gateway to the Brecon Beacons National Park, Symond’s Yat, Skenfrith and White Castles, Tintern Abbey, Usk, the book town of Hay-on-Wye and Hereford’s cathedral and races, are all within a short drive. The 1200ft Garway Hill is just 2 miles away, and the well-known Kilpeck Church is 3 miles away. A variety of pubs with restaurant facilities can be reached within 5 miles. A splendid authentic 1950s bungalow, with fabulous views and everything provided that one could wish for. Lots of parking space and a great place to just 'chill out'. Wonderful documented history of the property and the area.

Lovely rural and picturesque. We stayed in this 3-bedroom bungalow for a home from home stay and really enjoyed our time there. Although the property is quite dated, it has a charming retro feel that adds to its character. The views over the Black Mountains and Herefordshire are absolutely beautiful and were one of the highlights of our stay. The bungalow was also very well equipped with everything needed for a longer visit, making it comfortable and convenient throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place with stunning scenery. In the colder months it would have been nice the boiler was working however we were provided with adequate alternative heating.
