The cottage was comfortable and warm, well equipped and the beds were also very comfortable. The hosts left a welcome pack as well, which was kind.On the downside, the ceiling beams, particularly in the lounge / kitchen area are very low and as a result the cottage is not particularly suitable for anyone taller than 5 foot 8 inches (we measured it). The first half of the farm track leading to the cottage (about 500 metres long) is very uneven, with deep ruts and requires careful very slow driving (at 2-3 mph)

Lovely stay at Mill House. It’s a very remote location on a working farm, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Such a cost and traditional conversion. Very comfortable and clean, with lovely added touches of welcome gifts and walk round from the owners.
