The middle floor is perfect for relaxation, featuring a spacious living area with a cozy log burner, underfloor heating, and a Smart TV with a DVD library for movie nights. A selection of board games ensures lively evenings, while the light-filled kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer. Meals can be enjoyed at the elegant dining table, which comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for social gatherings.
The bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged across three levels, are each finished to a high standard. The top-floor master suite boasts a luxurious walk-in en-suite with rustic Italian tiles and a roll-top bath, perfect for unwinding. At the heart of Big Apple Country, Ledbury celebrates its orchard heritage with biannual Big Apple Festivals. Year-round, visitors can enjoy Weston’s Cider tours and orchard walks or discover Coddington Vineyard, a haven for wine lovers in this flourishing wine region.
Nearby Eastnor Castle offers a fascinating step back in time with its historic state rooms, arboretum, and tranquil lake. The barns are set in a beautiful location, with plenty of walking opportunities. We stayed in Oaks Barn which is stunning, and as a group of adults a baby and dogs, there is ample room. It is totally relaxing, with nice touches like the hand and body wash products. Bedrooms are luxurious. The swimming pool, is a delightful place to swim. I have already recommended to family and friends.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mark and shown around the Oaks Barn, our home for the week. From the minute you arrive you feel instantly relaxed. The property has been beautifully restored, furnished and maintained. The layout of the Oaks Barn provided us with lots of privacy and views over the countryside. A welcome hamper of fresh bread, milk, butter, local pork pies and a bottle of apple juice complimented a delicious Easter cake. The beds were very comfortable, linens crisp clean and smelling very fresh. We loved the Stovax log burner, it made for very cosy evenings in enjoying our surroundings. We travelled with the family dog, who loved the barn, and the enclosed garden meant that he was able to enjoy chasing the pheasants but ensuring that they could always escape just in time!

We booked this with friends and between us, we have four teenagers. We stayed in Oaks Barn. There was plenty of room for us all. We were not disappointed with our choice. In fact, we couldn't have chosen better. What a fantastic conversion, with beautiful interior design and attention to detail. The setting is tranquil, with stunning views. There was lots to do locally, although a car is essential. The owner was full of useful advice about the local area. The hamper we received as part of our stay was the icing on the cake and such a lovely touch. As were the bathrobes for our use during our stay. We made good use of the log burner too. This has to be the best holiday place we have rented.
