Guests consistently highlight the peaceful location, secure garden, and welcoming hosts. The property is ideal for exploring the local area, with easy access to walks, villages, and attractions. While a few minor maintenance and kitchen equipment issues were noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests appreciating the thoughtful touches and generous welcome hampers (though these are not guaranteed).
Cleanliness is frequently praised, with multiple guests describing the property as spotlessly clean and well maintained. Only one or two minor comments were made about kitchen items, but these did not detract from the overall impression.

Guests consistently mention the comfort of the cottage, including beds, furnishings, and the overall atmosphere. There was one mention of mattresses being too firm for personal taste, but most found the property very comfortable.
Facilities are highly rated, with guests enjoying the well-equipped kitchen, tennis court, secure garden, and outdoor seating. Minor suggestions included more kitchen utensils, improved heating controls, and additional storage, but these were outweighed by positive comments.
Many guests appreciated the generous welcome hampers and the hosts' warm, helpful approach. It should be noted that while gifts such as hampers are frequently mentioned, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

Formerly a working kiln, The Hop Kiln has been tastefully converted to create a spacious and unique holiday let. The property is set adjacent to a working farm on the North Herefordshire and South Shropshire border. The owners have beautifully renovated the property by carefully maintaining the exposed beams and brickwork, while perfectly forging a modern and stylish home from home. The property also has views over the cider apple orchard and across the glorious and enclosed lawned garden. There is plenty of space inside and out to be enjoyed with family and friends.
