Yes very much so, spent first day cleaning the kitchen picture on demand ,was very upset with the cleanest of the property, not only that my mum in law cannot walk to far, so my partner drive as close to the property as possible,as she needs a wheelchair, the property owner said to my partner, you always park like that ,saying there is loads of room ,have picture of the property kitchen thanks Amanda Davies

Owners very helpful & quick to respond any issues. Some downsides - Occupants in the apartment above us were very noisy, especially early in the mornings - 6.40am wake up calls not ideal when you're on holiday and the water/heating pipes from above apartment very noisy. This would be the only disadvantage in staying in the ground floor apartment. Hot tub was usable but needs some thorough maintenance as many jets not working & all head rests removed. Electric charging points not working either.
