On a quiet country lane in the hamlet of Hentland, yet within easy reach of Ross-on-Wye (4 miles) and Hereford, this pair of tastefully converted cottages offer the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoying a courtyard setting and shared use of the owners’ magnificent landscaped gardens and tennis court, they sit in countryside that is a paradise for walkers and birdwatchers.

Bridle Cottage, ref E4075A, has wheelchair access and additional disabled facilities including a seat in the shower, and electrically adjustable bed and chair. Hay Cottage, ref E4074, is adjoining and adopts a similar layout, however does not have the addition of disabled facilities. More adventurous visitors will enjoy the variety of water sports and fishing offered at Ross-on-Wye and food lovers are well served by the area’s award winning pubs and restaurants. Shop 2 miles, pubs serving food 1 mile.

Shared gardens.

Up to two dogs only, not permitted in the landscaped gardens. If with a pet please bring throws to cover soft furnishings.

If bringing a therapy dog evidence must be supplied before arriving, otherwise a pet fee may be charged.

    Had a lovely stay, the owners were very welcoming. The cottage was not far from the local pub (the Harp Inn) the food was really good .would definately reccomend a visit .

    An enjoyable few days despite the heatwave. Lovely gardens, cottage basic but everything you need except small dishwasher.James very helpful owner.Delighted to have accessible bathroom.I would stay again.How could it be improved?Welcome pack, spare loo roll and a comfortable outside chair as shown on line. The wooden bench is not much use for the disabled and some updating to kitchen area. So peaceful and quiet!Good Farm shop and restaurant at nearby Garden Centre. Thank you James and Jill.
