This is a very spacious and comfortable recently built 5 bed / 3 bath house. Our family group, of 5 adults and 2 children under 2, were all very well provided for. The kitchen has excellent AEG appliances and a DeLonghi bean to cup coffee machine. Plenty of crockery (including 24 coffee cups) and large pans so could easily cater for a group of 10 or more. Big pantry cupboard for storage, a pleasure to use. . Large living room and very big smart TV. Impressive games room in garage. Big utility room with separate washer and tumbler, hand held steamer. Clean lines everywhere, no clutter or breakables, so very suited to a toddler and a crawler. Outdoor covered seating area was a great spot on a hot day, spacious for play mats etc. Good quality beds and bathrooms, plenty of hot water, good water pressure. Secure gated parking for about 6 cars. WiFi on Starlink (satellite) was stable and very fast. Overall a great find and warmly recommended. Easy comms with Paul the owner, next door but invisible 🫥 Horses and chickens behind the property were fun for the kids to watch. Best child friendly place nearby is playpark, Orchard café and village shop / post office run by Gorsley Baptist Church, open Tues to Saturday. Very welcoming and child friendly church 1030 Sundays. Nearest supermarket is Co-op Newent (10 mins drive) which is pretty good. Waitrose delivery also recommended. As you may have guessed, we loved it.

We had very much enjoyed our time at Chancery View. The house provided great indoor and outdoor space for our family. The enclosed garden was perfect for small children. Everything in the house was good quality and there were plenty of pans and dishes etc for a large group. We had fun playing pool and table tennis in the games room. In addition it was a beautiful and unspoiled part of the country with plenty of outdoor activities and some interesting history.

Just got back from a week's stay at Chancery view and honestly it's AMAZING the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Super clean spotless very comfortable, spacious. Just perfect!! Great location. Paul the owner was brilliant great communication and we arrived with a fantastic welcome hamper very much needed after a long journey. Highly recommend Chancery View and hope to return soon. The Best holiday, thank you was very sad to leave.
