Boasting beautiful views across the Malvern Hills with many walks right from the doorstep, and only a five minute drive to Ross-on-Wye with all it's pubs, restaurants and shops.

Little Howle Farm is a perfect combination of two beautiful barns that are connected internally to offer the best of both worlds for friends or family to gather together at any time of year and explore the beautiful Herefordshire countryside.

The main dining, kitchen and living area is on the first floor and is divided by a stunning solid oak, open tread staircase. Filled with natural light and boasting a superb vaulted beamed ceiling , this is a great social space for cooking, entertaining or simply relaxing together after a day exploring all that the local area has to offer.

The modern kitchen and dining area is well-equipped for even the keenest chef and offers plenty of space for up to six guests to sit around the dining table.

More relaxed evenings can be spent watching television on one of comfy sofas, and for those looking for that added quiet time there is a further small living and dining area through the adjoining door.

All three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor and all have king-size beds which can be configured as twin single beds, as well and modern en-suite bathrooms with baths and separate walk in showers. Fine linens and soft, fluffy towels complete the feel of this beautiful barn conversion.

To the front of the barn overlooking the courtyard, are two furnished patio areas where you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst preparing for the day ahead.

A barbecue area with outdoor seating can be found to the rear of the barns, offering a perfect space for al fresco dining, before walking across a lawned area to a private furnished sun terrace where you can spend evenings enjoying the rural views and watching the sun go down.
