Wake up relaxed, as all bedrooms enjoy views over the tranquil garden. The ground floor of Bridge Cottage feels bright and spacious.
Entering through the porch to the hallway, there’s plenty of room to kick off your shoes, from here leads to the rest of the property which offers a dining room, living room, ground floor toilet and utility room. The large living room boasts comfortable sofas, plus an electric wood burner for a little ambience on those cooler evenings. At the other end of the cottage, the well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen is accessed via the dining room. Outside, there’s a beautiful garden to enjoy. With a patio area and lovely lawn, this garden ticks all the boxes. You’ll find shade under trees, sun on the lawn and if you explore the bottom of the garden, you’ll even find the stream running under the cottage’s namesake!

What can we say, for the last 10yrs we always take our dogs on holiday, we’ve stayed in some lovely places, but bridge cottage is by far right up there, Well equipped in the kitchen, large front room, lovely garden, dogs loved it, perfectly situated from Ludlow & Leominster both just 10mins in the car away for groceries, nice little welcoming bits from hosts, loved watching the birds feeding, After reading reviews we were a little concerned about parking as a couple of people had commented on it being smaller, and tight, well we have a Renault crew van, and parking was pretty easy and more than big enough, Lots of local footpaths for walking, only thing we could say could improve was, cottage could benefit from cup coasters, a lot of nice wooden furniture which would easily mark, and could do with a washing line , if you needed to dry anything, otherwise perfect, will return

This was a lovely cottage with everything you could need for a lovely week stay. With excellent WiFi it allowed us to work as well as relax. The brook at the bottom of the garden was perfect for our dogs when the weather was hot. We would definitely recommend this dog friendly cottage. The owners left loads of information and Mortimers forest was only a 10 minute drive which was perfect for walks.Can’t wait to go back.
