We had a restful and relaxing holiday in a very rural location. Our only real disappointment was the state of the footpaths. We had been very excited by the number of footpaths that there were around the house but when we tried to walk them we found that they were either overgrown or blocked off and the styles were generally poorly maintained

I can highly recommend the Larches. The house itself, has the most relaxing atmosphere enabling us to chill straight away. It has everything needed to have a relaxing stay.We were staying there during the recent heatwave. By leaving the lounge windows. patio doors and utility room door open, it created a lovely breeze for us and cool spots for our dog to stay cool.It is in a really wonderful location with views over hills and fields all around. We are looking forward to a return visit.
