The large industrial style kitchen was great for cooking for so many. The pool table, swimming pool and hot tub were much in demand and it was lovely to see the young ones off their phones so much!! Highly recommend this house for a large group

Signs at pool not to open door, chlorine fumes overpowering at one stage, when we spoke to owners they said oh you could open door. no soap at sinks in bedroom, just small guest soaps would be good. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay x

The age range for our group of 16 was 21 to early 60's. The manor offered something for everyone. There was plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained throughout the weekend. We were super lucky with the weather, so enjoyed using the grounds to play outdoor games we brought with us. The pool was a huge hit with all ages, as was the hot tub. We were greeted on arrival, shown around and given instructions for using the appliances made aware we could make contact with owners if needed and then left to enjoy our weekend. Good spaces for large groups. Good location for shopping and takeaways. Road next to the manor was busy but didn't disturb anyone. We had a fantastic time. Rosehill provided everything we needed and Phil and Jane were super welcoming. Highly recommended.
