On arrival all looked amazing. But was very disappointed with the cleanliness of some areas… the ensuite need a really good clean the toilet seat was lose the shower needed a really good bleaching and a good scrub. Found a tablet on the floor in the down stairs bedroom! The soft furnishings in the living room IE the cushions on the chair ( the long blue ones ) had some bad staining on them. Looked like they had coffee spilt on them. They definitely all could have done with a wash.
