A beautiful barn conversion with a French feel. Very spacious accommodation, enormous beds, well equipped, a dog safe garden except for the top right corner which we barricaded with a spare pair of wooden steps from the car port (but we do have an energetic & adventurous dog). There were copious amounts of dishes etc in the pantry, great for catering. The modem is also placed in the pantry which is not ideal as it has a tendency to drop out. The best place to use wifi is at the kitchen table, with easy access to reboot the modem. The outdoor facilities were tremendous, jacuzzi with cold spray facility, a huge circular indoor barbecue hut. A lovely space to gather in the round, also outdoor seating in that area. robes are provided by they ask you to bring your own towels just for the hot tub area. The Coach House has offers great accommodation, with ethnic textile furnishings. The large driveway and garden has outdoor seating just outside the front door. It is surrounded by tall trees, with plenty of birdsong. A very peaceful place to be. The owners were more than helpful with any help we needed because they live in an adjacent property. We had a bit of an issue with the dishwasher, but because there were 6 adults in our party we just got stuck in and washed up! Because it is in the country with animals around, there are flies, so would recommend a fly paper strip to hang in the kitchen, but DON'T let this put you off. Nearest shops at Oswestry including a large Morrisons supermarket.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! The house is stunning and has everything you need! We even managed to bake a cake using the equipment they provided! The house was so clean and well decorated for Christmas! The provided so much fire wood! The new hot tub they have easily fitted 8 of us in! Same as the sauna! There is home made cider for purchase to! And it was the best cider we have ever drank! Honestly if your a group of 10 and want to book somewhere I recommend here! It was easy to find as well! Google maps took us straight there wich was a big bonus for us! If you need anything at all their there to help you! Even checked in on the first night to make sure we have everything needed. They keep dogs on the property but were big dog people so loved having a cuddle with them! The larmas (alpacas) were so funny! They would chase your car! It was such a magical stay. Cant fault them at all!

The property is very spacious, with plenty of room for the family and ample parking for cars. The hot tub, sauna, and indoor BBQ were fantastic additions that made our Christmas break even more enjoyable. The owners were incredibly accommodating and ensured all our needs were met throughout. The surrounding area is perfect for dog walks, though do watch out for barbed wire in some spots. Supermarkets and shops are conveniently close by, which made things even easier.
