An amazing dog friendly house in a beautiful setting. Perfect for a short peaceful break. It's set up a forestry track, easily negotiated with care. The owner Vik was an excellent host with great communication and very considerate. We loved the welcome pack which included treats for the 5 of us and our dog!The layout of the house suits couples, families or singles, with an ensuite in every bedroom giving privacy. Having shower gel and soap provided is always hit and miss in holiday cottages - this one was well stocked.The kitchen was well equipped including a coffee pod machine and fully functioning utility room. The living dining area is plentiful and we didn't feel cramped - giving everyone their own spaceThe hot tub was great and easily accessible from the house. Plenty of wood was provided and was easily kept up to temperature.There's plenty do: walking - our dog loved it, a huge mountain biking area if that's your thing and shopping near by if you feel the need.Overall we would highly recommend a stay here and would return again.Thank you Vik

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Gorgeous Stay!We had a fantastic stay here as a group of 6 adults. The cottage was clean, beautifully presented, and easily accommodated all of us with plenty of room to spare. Having an en-suite bathroom for every bedroom was a massive plus for 6 women! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook throughout our trip. High end appliances made the stay even more lux. Outside, the hot tub easily fitted all 6 of us comfortably, and even though wood burning, was easy to use and kept it's heat wonderfully! Parking was seamless with plenty of room in the driveway for at least two cars, and although the drive up was up a dirt track, it was easy to navigate, even in a small car.On top of the stunning property, our host, Viki, was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every minute and are already planning our return trip!

An amazing and unique property tucked inside the forest at Cannock Chase. The three quarter mile track up to it is a bit rutted, but my VW polo managed it easily. The house itself is stunning and fully modernised, all rooms with en suite. Viki was very attentive, gave precise instructions and welcomed us in. There was space to park 3 cars on the drive easily. The welcome pack was very generous, with local farm milk delivered too. The house is immaculate and we enjoyed time sitting out on the veranda and using the hot tub (wood fired). The next door neighbours were very friendly and quiet. There are miles of walks and cycle tracks to enjoy or just soak up the tranquility, and watch the wildlife, such as blue jays, bunnies and squirrels.
