We’ve stayed here a number of times and have always loved it. However, during our most recent visit, there were a large number of ants in the kitchen. Although staff did come and treat the issue, we were a bit disappointed not to be offered a room change given the circumstances.

The family loved it, overall brilliant. Missing robes that was supposed to come with our package, hair dryer didn’t work, toaster didn’t work. But apart from that it was good.
