The cottage was perfectly situated for what we wanted to do in the area. Terry and Jan are very friendly and responsive when needed. The television set up is a bit complicated but Terry sorted it out each time it was necessary. Lovely powerful shower. Regarding an earlier review we didn't see any mice in the house. There is a lovely gazebo/decking area with fabulous views, although we didn't have the weather/time to make the most of this. Would definitely recommend.

Beds very comfortable and the shower very good. Hosts friendly, as we're the pets, but not at all intrusive.

Except for bathroom Skirting Boards half inch from walls. Blind in kitchen stuck half down. Staining in fridge. Bottom of kettle not good, used pan to boil water. Brush for washing up dirty. At approx 22.30 on saturday a mouse ran across the floor to under the sofa my wife was sitting on. My wife has a fobia about mice and was in a terrible state. We had to leave. I informed the owner and he said I'm sorry about that, no offer to get rid of the mouse was made. It wouldn't have have made any difference we would still have left. We left at 23.20. But for the mouse we would not have complained but we payed for 7 nights rent and only used 1 . This made us a little angry .
