Should be running when guests arrive. Could not use as wouldn’t heat up. Not a proper hot tub only inflatable. This should be in the description. Toilet leaking. States 2 car parking in description but only 1 pass provided. This needs updating on the description. Cottage nice but needs some maintenance in bathroom. Good location.

It had a very strong smell of dog, I know it is a dog friendly house but the carpet was full of dog hair. We had to buy freshener and had to vacuum both the lounge and the stairs. The lounge window was covered in cobwebs and the bathroom window was covered in mould. There were two nails sticking out the floor in the upstairs wc. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The lounge is compact and suitable to 4 people maximum. With a little attention to cleanliness and a bit of updating, this could be a beautiful place to stay. We had family staying nearby and they paid less for a larger property that was more modern and spotless So it was difficult not to be disappointed.
