Permit parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis, greets you on arrival, so you can easily unload your belongings into your new holiday home! Make your way inside to find a snug to your right, the perfect place to chill-out, courtesy of the sumptuous seating, selection of games and Smart TV. Continue to the open-plan living space, a bright and airy spot, where you can also make yourself at home in the sitting area, where plush sofas welcome you in front of the Smart TV! The galley kitchen is a lovely place to cook up a feast, with shaker-style units offering stylish food preparation surfaces and housing high-quality, integrated appliances. The dining area is just off the kitchen and not only enjoys views out to the back garden, but features a dining table that seats the whole family, so you can catch up on the day's adventures over a mouthwatering meal together. When day turns to night, make your way upstairs to find three well-presented bedrooms, the first of which is a spacious king-size enjoying access to an en-suite shower room, as well as a charming double and a twin. The latter bedrooms rest near a handy wet room, where you can enjoy a rejuvenating rinse. To the back of the property lies the quaint garden, where ample alfresco dinners can be savoured on the patio, or you can retreat to the summerhouse during the cooler months! Stratford-upon-Avon is the birthplace of William Shakespeare, so it's no surprise that there are plenty of tourist attractions; not only are there landmarks like Shakespeare's Birthplace and Anne Hathaway's Cottage, but the Stratford Butterfly Farm hosts a colourful collection of butterflies year-round, and the Stratford Town Hall offers cultural theatre throughout the year. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars near these attractions, including Encore, a late-night hotspot with plenty of cocktails, this restaurant's modern British cuisine is paired with live music every night. Warwick is a fantastic location to visit with plenty of sights and attractions to keep people entertained, such as the historical sites of Jephson Gardens and Lord Leycester Hospital; there are also many shops and markets which provide an excellent shopping experience. The tranquil town of Royal Leamington Spa is a short drive from the property and features historic streets and architecture of the town centre which are a joy to explore; visit the Pump Room Gardens to take in the breathtaking views from the sunken garden or Victoria Park, home to Leamington Spa's famous canal.
