The property lies on open farmland, within easy walking distance of the riverside village of Welford-on-Avon with good local shops and pubs. With the River Avon for fishing and golfing range at Welford Golf Club, there are many outdoor pursuits to enjoy. For a relaxing day in the Cotswolds, the nearby beautiful villages such as the pretty market town of Chipping Campden (9 Miles) sit waiting to be discovered. Take a leisurely walk or hop on a bicycle to Shakespeare’s riverside town of Stratford-upon-Avon (5 Miles) and ride along the towpath, stopping off for a coffee in one the many riverside cafes along the way. In the evening, there are several pubs, restaurants and a theatre with regular concerts throughout the year. Explore several National Trust sites nearby, Coughton Court (10 Miles), Charlecote Park (9 Miles) and Hidcote (9 Miles). Discover the local history at Warwick Castle (13 miles), it is one of the top local attractions to spend the day at. Whatever your interest, this is a superb location.

On entering the grand hallway, there are two staircases. Off the hall is a beautiful spacious lounge with a central open fire, where you can snuggle up on the sofa with a glass of wine and perhaps watch a favourite on the Smart TV. If you decide to stay in for the evening, there is a fabulous dining room with large solid wood dining table and chairs for twelve. The kitchen is very well-quipped with lovely crockery and quality glassware, and all the mod cons including an electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. Leading on from the kitchen, you will find a snug room (with a single bed if required for an additional £40 per week or weekend) and a downstairs WC. Leading up the grand staircase to the first floor, you will find a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Further down the corridor, you will come to a second double bedroom and a third twin bedroom and a large bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC. You then come to a spacious fourth bedroom with three single beds with and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.

From the kitchen, the French doors open out to a large enclosed garden with a landscaped lawn to the rear with a BBQ and quality hardwood garden furniture where you can do outside entertaining in style.
