Moving through the property you will find the living room, where you can all gather together amongst the woodburning stove with the television providing your entertainment when you're not sat around the dining table for a family games night. The kitchen, residing on a split-level, has all the appliances you could need to create that family-favourite meal, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, making your self-catered stay a breeze. There's a handy high table with comfy bar stools in the kitchen area, and you can enjoy a nice meal together at the dining table in the lovely dining room where there's also a reading nook.

On the first floor you can find the three well-presented bedrooms in the form of a double with its own en-suite shower room, another double and a single - both sharing access via a step to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom - providing a wonderful layout for groups of all kinds, with ample storage space for all of your personal belongings too! Two steps lead into the rear courtyard is a great spot to soak up the morning sun with your canine companions by your side before heading into Warwick for a day of fun-filled adventure, The town plays host to a wide array of attractions, from the simplicities of wonderful eateries and a plethora of independent shops to historic delights such as Warwick Castle, scenic gardens and museums and landmarks to explore-there's something here for everyone. In close reach is the wonder of Royal Leamington Spa, making an extremely picturesque day trip; the partially ruined, dramatic Kenilworth Castle; as well as the home of William Shakespeare, Stratford-upon--Avon being just a scenic car journey away, And the charming Cotswolds are a little further drive, with its delightful chocolate-box villages and pretty countryside.
