Unfortunately it was dusty in places, there was dog hair (and yes, it's dog friendly but this was more than other places we've been to), the cutlery and crockery needed to be rewashed (the dishwasher wasn't enough in the Eco setting) and the thermostat was confusing. It showed 24 degrees and wouldn't budge. We did turn the heating down but that first bit was very warm. The bathroom sinks and tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms weren't as clean as they could have been and unfortunately the new kitchen towel shed lots of fabric onto anything we dried with it. It could also have done with a couple more smaller glasses. The tea, coffee and milk waiting for us was welcome and the linen was good too.

Close to shops and a good choice of places to eat out. If you prefer to eat in, the kitchen facilities are excellent, especially the wonderful cooker. From the upstairs you get a fantastic view of the Malvern Hills and they can be reached by foot if you are feeling very energetic. A bonus on our visit was the Malvern Show, definitely not to be missed if your stay coincides with it. Complements to the caretakers for all the care taken to welcome visitors to such a clean and comfortable cottage.

We found the cottage lovely, warm & cosy, can imagine how nice it is in the summer. I love the cooker, very simple & easy to use. We had everything we needed although we did have ready meals so little cooking took place. Bed was very comfortable. The only criticism I would make is the size of the towels which we found rather small, bath sheets would be better.
