Which probably helped us get the late-ish booking! Super comfy, smelt great and beautifully decorated, really set the Christmas scene! Have been to Broadway many times and wouldnât hesitate in using this property again. Minor niggle.. top floor shower heat setting of lava and turbo lava not ideal.. plus I think you would need another week to fill the bath (which is beautiful) but the pressure in there was awful! Loved our stay, thanks for having us x

We ( three friends) stayed in November whilst racing at Cheltenham. It was perfect the three en suite bedrooms is such a bonus. The cottage has obviously been massively upgraded since the photographs were taken that are showing here on Sykes cottages website. It is so lovely now very high class furnishings etc. Lovely wood burning stove with everything provided... it is so cozy and cute! This should have a 4.9/5 star review not 3.7!! Please do not be put off this idyllic cottage. It is extremely good value to stay here. The location is perfect and very quiet and peaceful. We have booked to stay next year already. Many thanks to the owners.

I do feel that the steepness of the stairs should be mentioned in the listing. It was not a problem for us but could be for older guests or people with young children. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
