Guests consistently praise Overbrook for its spaciousness, well-equipped facilities, and idyllic farm setting with delightful views. The property's cleanliness and comfort are highlighted, alongside the friendly staff and the bonus of an on-site cafe serving delicious food and ice cream. The farm's activities and proximity to local attractions add to the appeal, making it a favoured choice for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
The majority of guests found Overbrook to be clean and well-maintained, with only a few minor comments about specific areas needing attention. The overall impression is of a tidy and comfortable environment.
The location is highly praised for its beautiful rural setting and convenience, with easy access to local towns and attractions. The farm setting adds a unique charm, appreciated by adults and children alike.
Comfort is well-regarded with mentions of cosy furnishings and well-equipped spaces. Some guests found the beds too firm, but overall, the property is considered comfortable and homely.
Facilities are generally seen as good, with a well-stocked kitchen and smart TVs. Some guests noted issues with maintenance and suggested minor improvements, but these do not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
While guests mention receiving a friendly welcome and some delightful treats, such as fudge, there is not enough consistent information about gifts to accurately score thoughtfulness. It should be noted that while such gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

The hosts are around to sort any problems quickly (we had a problem with no hot water which was very rapidly resolved) and are really friendly. The bungalow is well equipped, in a great location and the on site cafe is fabulous. Weâd love to return and see more of the surrounding area as we felt we only scratched the surface of what was on offer within close proximity. A great week!
