The kitchen has granite worktops, and outside, there is a lovely balcony area with seating and countryside views. In addition to this, there is a fully enclosed garden with patio and feature borders. Situated in Cotswold countryside, this holiday property lies in an excellent touring location for the Cotswolds and Shakespeare country. It lies 1-mile outside the pretty village of Mickleton, home to the famous ’Pudding Club’. Chipping Campden is 3 miles away, one of the jewels amongst the Cotswold villages, and offers an excellent choice of restaurants and inns which use local produce.
The National Trust owned Hidcote Gardens is well worth a visit and just 2 miles away. The Cotswold Way is within easy reach for walkers, ramblers and cyclists. Broadway is also 6 miles away with pubs and restaurants, and Stratford-Upon-Avon is only 8 miles, where you can visit the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Shakespeare’s birthplace and take a river boat trip along the River Avon. Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace and Clarkson’s Farm are within easy reach. Visit Cheltenham with its racecourse and literary festival, the cathedral city of Oxford and pretty Cotswold villages including Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Moreton-in-Marsh. Ideal holiday cottage in a quiet lpcation but minutes from local amenities. Well placed for most attractions in North Cotswolds, including Hidcote and Stratford upon Avon. The cottage is well equipped and the friendly owners live adjacent. The apartment is accessed by steep stone stairs, so would not be suitable for toddlers or adults with poor mobility. I could not find fault with this property and would thorougkly recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment in outstanding area. Ideal base for visiting lots of different places. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and provided us with a wealth of information. The welcome pack was great, especially the homemade cakes!

Pleasant and conscientious owners. Cottage is well-appointed, although taller guests may find the shower room with its sloping ceiling uncomfortable. I am 5'4" and bumped my head twice!We stayed just three nights but would have found plenty to do within 5 to 20 miles for a longer stay.
