Great location and the cabin itself was lovely. I was however very disappointed to go into my dog friendly cabin to see a sign on the kitchen counter saying dogs are not allowed on the sofa or beds, never has this in dog friendly accommodation before. Spoke to front office about it and they said it was in their terms and conditions but I never had anything directly from them other than a hot tub disclaimer. I was also very disappointed to walk my dogs down to the dog walking area to find it was not open to use. This was not communicated to me before or when checking in. There was also a toilet leaking throughout the stay. I let them know when checking out and was told “oh yes we are aware of that”. Well, I wasn’t! And I’m sure I wasn’t given a discounted rate for a cabin with a leaking toilet either.
