Absolutely outstanding. Great location, teenagers took themselves on the train to Leeds while we relaxed watching the deer and pheasants. It was very clean and so spacious. Conservatory is a bonus especially at night watching the bats. Excellent for dogs with large enclosed garden. For us it was perfect, peaceful but nearer enough skipton, leeds and the worth valley steam trains.

This is a lovely place to stay, very spacious for the 7 of us. Weather was great so we could breakfast in the conservatory , watching the livestock. It is well located and easy to travel out to explore the area. Our only regret (not really!) was the weather was so good, we didn't get a chance to stay in and enjoy the amenities. If we come back to this area, we'll hope to stay here

The unmade road leading to the cottage is not good for cars. The cottage is well maintained and it was nice that the owners left tea, coffee, sugar, bread and wine.
