Guests say

Waterside Lodge in Brighouse offers a delightful stay with its clean, modern rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Guests enjoy the beautiful canal views, comfortable beds, and the added luxury of a hot tub. The property is praised for its quiet location, ideal for both relaxing and exploring the local area. While some minor issues are noted, the overall experience is highly regarded by visitors.

Guests consistently mention the cleanliness of the lodge, describing it as well-maintained and tidy. The property is appreciated for its welcoming and clean environment, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The lodge is appreciated for its quiet and relaxing setting by the canal, with easy access to local walks and the town centre by car. However, some guests felt the location lacked countryside elements and was not as secluded as expected.

The lodge is commended for its comfortable beds and spacious accommodation. However, some guests noted a lack of seating for larger groups and issues with some furniture, slightly affecting the overall comfort level.

The property is well-equipped with modern amenities and a hot tub, though some guests reported maintenance issues such as a non-working dishwasher and underfloor heating. The hot tub size was also a concern for larger groups.

While guests have not specifically mentioned gifts, the lodge's Christmas decorations during the festive season were a thoughtful touch. However, as there is no consistent mention of gifts, it cannot be guaranteed that such gestures are a regular occurrence.

Absolutely fantastic stay we had here for 2 nights! Amenities was fantastic that was provided, Bedrooms, living area and kitchen are lovely & Hot tub was lovely. The Steep hill was abit of a Surprise coming down the track in the dark when didnt know there was a drop! A light or a arrow sign would maybe be helpful for future people staying. Would recommend and return!

Our group had a fabulous time. Booking was simple, accessing the property was easy, and the host was attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a little break away

Lovely position, great hot tub. Beautiful location, great facilities. Great supplies in the house. Concern with mice in the cavities and a ladybird infestation in one of the rooms. Heating poor underfloor heating not working in 2/3 bathrooms
