Guests have had a delightful experience at Waterside Lodge Three, praising its peaceful surroundings, cleanliness, and comfort. The lodge's well-equipped kitchen, quality linens, and maintained hot tub are frequently mentioned highlights. While some minor issues with maintenance and cleanliness of carpets are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
The lodge generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with several reviews noting it as spotless and well-kept. However, a few guests mentioned dirty carpets and issues with flies, slightly lowering the score.
The location is appreciated for its peacefulness and proximity to the canal and local amenities. Guests enjoyed the picturesque setting and walks, although some noted the site appeared unfinished, which detracts slightly from the score.
Comfort is consistently praised, with guests finding the beds super-comfy and the lodge spacious. The presence of a log fire and underfloor heating in bathrooms adds to the comfort, although some guests found the bedrooms cold.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-stocked kitchen and daily hot tub maintenance. However, some guests encountered issues with induction rings, a safety concern on arrival, and a need for more comfy chairs, indicating room for improvement.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 nights in our spectacular lodge! It is beautifully kitted out with everything you would need. The beds were super-comfy with lovely good-quality linens. The whole house was spotlessly clean. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and being by the water. It was so restful to just sit and chill on the balcony.

Could do with more comfy chairs in sitting area especially if there are 8 adults staying

We had a lovely 4 night stay.Lodge was very spacious, with 4 bedrooms, clean and had everything we needed.Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels provided and kitchen was well stocked to enable cooking.Logs were provided for the fire and the hot tub was maintained daily. A pleasant walk along the canal to nearby Brighouse, which had some nice places to eat/drink.To access the canal path you have to walk a short distance along the main road and cross the bridge. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return
