Explore Sewerby Hall and Gardens, a beautiful country house with gardens, woodland and animals. Head further afield to the city of York, where you can explore the cathedral and minster, visit one of the museums and historic landmarks or enjoy some retail therapy and get a bite to eat.
Stepping into this seaside property, you’ll be taken down the hallway and into the through lounge/diner with French doors to the rear garden. This light and welcoming room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV (with Sky TV & Netflix), dvd player and a cosy wood burner, the perfect place to warm your toes after a day of walking and exploring. The dining area has a large dining table comfortably seating six for those special family moments. Head through to the kitchen which has a good range of contemporary units and oak worktops, with electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, dual airfryer and coffee machine. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine and downstairs WC and sink. It's also a great place to dry wet clothes especially if you’ve been down to the beach for surf. Up the next set of steep stairs to the second floor is a king-size bedroom with television, plenty of natural light and space to store your clothes.
Outside you’ll find a patio and lawn area, a perfect spot to chill at the end of your day's exploration. There is secure lock-up storage if you wish to store your bike or beach equipment, and roadside parking is subject to availability.
