Broad Bay Lodge is a grand and stunningly-presented mansion in the lovely seaside town of Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire. Located close to the North York Moors National Park and a stone's throw away from sandy beaches, it's an ideal abode for large family and friend gatherings by the sea. Marvel at your new home away from home once you step into the stylishly-designed interior. You'll find everything you need and more to ensure an unforgettable stay. There's ample space for socialising with your loved ones, including two sitting rooms; one for the adults and one for the children for when you each need space for different activities. Both are equipped with soft furnishings, a woodburning stove and a Smart TV. When hunger calls, head to the large kitchen/diner fitted with everything you need to cook up large family dinners. Enjoy them around the dining table or, when the sun is shining, make your way to the garden and fire up the barbecue for a true summer feast. The adult will be able to sit on the patio with ice-cold drinks while the children have their own football tournament on the astroturf. When sleep calls retire to one of seven beautifully-decorated bedrooms, each boasting their own en-suite. If you're not ready to say goodnight, slip into your bathing suit and sink into the hot tub outside for a blissful evening. Just steps away from your front door, you'll land in Bridlington's town centre. Make your way to The Freeman Cookhouse + Pub for a family dinner, go to Bridlington South Beach for a lazy afternoon and why not visit the stunning Sewerby Hall and Garden, a country house and lush gardens and an animal park. The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where the latest Dad's Army has been filmed, whilst the Bridlington Spa Theatre on the front provides evening entertainment. There is also the East Riding Leisure Centre, with family swimming area and a variety of other indoor activities. Further afield are the picturesque villages and scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds, the neighbouring resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Whitby and the spectacular heritage coastline. There are numerous places to visit in the area, including Bempton's rspb bird sanctuary, Sewerby Hall, Danes Dyke and Flamborough Head with its cliffs and caves. A great area for bird and nature lovers, or simply for touring.
