All have either kingsize or kingsize zip and link beds, sea or garden views, and two of the four with en-suite shower rooms, so there is plenty of choice for everyone. A stunning house bathroom with both bath and shower sits across the hall. A utility room completes the ground floor accommodation and provides a washing machine, additional storage, and access to the garden. Take the stairs to the first floor and find the final kingsize bedroom with a garden view. A toilet sits across the hall. French doors lead from the landing into the wow factor open-plan living space.

The modern kitchen offers a host of appliances long runs of worktop space and a central island, the chef in the group will be thrilled to rustle up food in this kitchen which can be enjoyed at the dining table which sits close by. Deep-filled sofas and a feature armchair are perfectly placed to take in the magnificent views whilst a Smart TV will provide entertainment on an evening.

What a truly beautiful house. We all had a really splendid holiday. Such attention to detail. The outside hoses, great when coming off the Beach. The hot tub service halfway through the week very welcome.The kitchen, lacked nothing.Gorgeous bedding and plentiful towels.Out hostess Emily was welcoming and obliging. (We left some pet medication which she posted back to us immediately.)Bridlington is amazing. So clean and accessible and extremely friendly.A really charming, very underrated, small seaside resort.Probably the cleanest and most litter free of all our UK holidays for the past seven years, covering North, South, East and West England, Wales and Scotland.Sewerby Model Village was a surprising hit with us all.As was the fantastic "pop up" fish restaurant in the old lifeboat station.

And more. We came together from up and down the UK to have a family week... and this house made it our best family getaway we've had yet.
