Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Each lodge is fully centrally heated, providing a warm and comfortable retreat whatever the season. Electricity, fresh bed linen, soft towels, and Wi-Fi are all included, ensuring a relaxed and well-equipped stay from the moment you arrive.
Outside, the private decking area is furnished with seating—ideal for enjoying quiet mornings with a coffee or watching the sun set after a day of exploring. The decking leads directly to your private hot tub for four, offering a peaceful and luxurious space to unwind.
Cottingham Parks is a pet-friendly destination, welcoming one well-behaved dog per lodge. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. With nearly 200 acres of beautiful grounds to explore, there’s plenty of space for walks and fresh air, though access does not extend to the golf courses.
Guests have access to the on-site health club, which is shared with other visitors. Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool measuring 20 metres by 10 metres with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 metres, as well as a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a well-equipped gym. The health club also provides separate showers and changing facilities for added convenience. The pool is open from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday to Thursday, until 8:30 pm on Fridays, and from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm on weekends.
Each lodge has private parking for two cars, with additional parking available approximately 100 metres beyond the lodge area. All properties are strictly non-smoking to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for every guest.

Lovely, clean and cosy place.Couple of things could of been done better and would make a massive difference and even extra luxurious.No toiletries in the bathroom. No robes for the jacuzzi. Wardrobe was massive and had space for robes.One small and big towel per person is not enough especially without robes. Luckily we had some extra and did bring robes just in case.Another thing that we would of prefer to be better sorted is the outside space. Even a small enclosed bit of decking or around the jacuzzi would of been a bonus for our doggie.The main spa area was great, really enjoyed it.Overall great long weekend.

You said check in was three o'clock when we got there it was not actually ready untill 4 the brochure in the lodge said it was 4 o'clock. So we had to hang around .Also meal times need to be specified as we only just made it at 6/10 and it does say meals are served till9
