Tower Hill Grange’s living space is extremely spacious and boasts a 65” Smart TV with enough seating for your whole party, the kitchen is well-equipped and provides you with everything you will need to cater for a larger party. A light dining room is in the very heart of the house, with probably one of the largest dining tables you have ever seen, fantastic for a gathering of family and friends. In addition, you have two games rooms complete with a pool table, full size snooker table, darts board and large Smart TVs in both, a great place to socialise. The property also boasts a built-in sound system throughout the ground floor. The bedrooms are spread over the first floor and all boast en-suite facilities. There is a private enclosed garden to the front, a sun trap with seating furniture, perfect for al fresco eating and relaxation with a large, decked area to the side where the hot tubs are placed with outdoor speakers. The large, landscaped garden is perfect for younger children wanting to run around or play football. A wonderful holiday home ideal for social gatherings and any special occasion.
With the property set just outside the fantastic seaside town of Hornsea, you have instant access to a plethora of shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafés as well as the traditional amusement arcades. The promenade is popular with visitors and locals alike who enjoy a stroll while taking in the sea air. A visit to this area would not be complete without taking in Hornsea Mere, one of Yorkshires largest lakes, where you can enjoy various water sport activities, the bird watching is great too! A little further afield are the stately homes of Burton Agnes and Sledmere House as well as the rspb reserve at Bempton Cliff. Extremely well equipped. Very spacious house. Owner responded quickly to faulty boiler on Sunday morning. The snooker and pool tables were well used while the rest of the party went into Hornsea which was 6 minutes away 😊

the downstairs area is fantastic—very big, spacious, and comfortable for relaxing. It was also a major plus that the rooms featured their own en-suite bathrooms and toilets, which added a nice level of privacy. However, the bedroom layout was disappointing. The rooms are very small, and the double beds are squashed against the wall, making the space feel cramped.The biggest issue was the lack of communication. I sent messages the day before arrival with important questions that went unanswered. When I arrived, no one was there to greet me or provide instructions. Even when I messaged to check out early and ask about locking up the building, I received no reply.

Stayed here over the weekend with all my family and had a lovely stay, the house was clean and welcoming with all amenities working. Everyone had positive things to say, the hot tubs and games rooms gave us plenty to do in the evenings after a day out at the coast. The only recommendation I would have is if you have dogs and it is dark evenings then to take a torch as the garden didn’t have a floodlight but apart from that would highly recommend this property!!
