Horn Cote offers two spacious and welcoming living areas, each featuring a 48” flatscreen TV, giving groups the flexibility to come together or spread out as they wish. Whether it’s film nights, games or relaxed conversation, these spaces are designed for comfort and connection.

Throughout the house, high-quality furnishings and thoughtful design create a warm, inviting atmosphere, enhanced by three log burners - perfect for cosy evenings after a day outdoors.

Dining Hall & Celebration Space

At the heart of the property lies the spectacular double-height dining hall - a truly standout feature designed for memorable shared experiences.

This impressive space comfortably seats up to 30 guests for elegant long-table dining, making it ideal for celebratory meals, private chefs and special occasions. For more informal gatherings, it can host 70+ guests for buffet-style dining or drinks receptions, with ample space to socialise and mingle.

As day turns to evening, the hall transforms effortlessly into a celebration space. A built-in Bluetooth sound system, subtle laser lighting and excellent acoustics create a vibrant yet refined atmosphere - perfect for dancing, milestone celebrations or a lively hen weekend without the feel of a nightclub.

Triple bedroom with double and single bed, featuring a striking floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the dining hall.

Superior bedroom (The Cottage) with king-size bed and single bed, plus space for an additional single. Ensuite includes a luxurious whirlpool bath with shower over. This room also features a private balcony with bistro seating — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Second Floor

The top floor offers two dormitory-style bedrooms, ideal for larger groups and flexible sleeping:
