I recently stayed here and had a really enjoyable experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around and explore the area. There were a couple of small things that could be improvednothing major, but enough to keep it from being a full five stars such as Wi-Fi is very slow , limited parking that is hard to move around with out getting on the gras Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and Id happily return or recommend it to others looking for comfortable and reliable accommodation.

A last minute booking due to cancellation of previous booking, but did not disappoint. One of the best appointed and cleanest rentals we have made. Definitely best welcome pack. Neil went out of his way to make sure our needs were met including daily hot tub checks.Lodge park was quiet with great walk around the old marina and River Ancholme to see wildlife including deer and Kingfishers.Good location for access to Lincoln and Lincolnshire in the South or North of the Humber into Yorkshire. The local market town of Brigg is within walking distance and has good amenities. Thursdays and Saturdays are Market Days.

We stayed in Lodge12-Heather for 4 nights in August. The lodge is spacious, with open plan living area and dining, big well equipped kitchen and your own hot tub to enjoy. It has 4 rooms, 2 double with unsuite, the beds are comfortable and the bed linens are clean and good quality. On arrival, we were surprised to find the welcome pack/gifts of variety of treats and Proseco, It is such a nice. gesture. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The staffs are helpful and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We met Markus on the first day who helped us settled in and Niel who looked after us throughout our stay. He’s just a text/call away.
