Swallow Cottage was a true home from home. It's equipped so well that we over packed lots of basics from picnic equipment to a hairdryer. It seems nearly everything has been covered. Even dog drying towels. Such a sweet addition. The setting is perfect too. Those views! There was even a plethora of animals & wildlife offering background music. Locally, there's a tearoom, a pub & lots of walks right on the doorstep. We had a great stay & would definitely consider returning.

Lovely cottage, bit short on car parking.

Great location in quiet village. Clarendon hotel/pub only 500 yards away but shut on Monday and Tuesday. Tea room just down the road but otherwise you need to go into Grassington for shops and wider selection of amenities. Generally the cottage is clean, great little kitchen and good size lounge. Rradiators could do with a clean and a bit of paint particularly those upstairs and not sure an estate car would fit in parking area without sticking out into the lane. But if you like peace and quiet, go for it. We’d definitely go back.
