Excellent property, only observation is it needs a gate to make the patio secure for dogs. Patio much better now trees have been trimmed.

From arrival we found the cottage to be very clean, welcoming and homely, everything was catered for. The views from the rear of the cottage were fabulous, it was lovely sitting on the patio listening to the water flow over the mini waterfalls below the cottage. We will certainly recommend to friends, it was a very enjoyable holiday will be going again.

Great holiday cottage. Light and airy rooms, well equipped and within walking distance to Hawes. Love the river running at the back so peaceful sitting in the garden listening to it. Only downside the rear garden is not secure for the dog - only thing letting it down - but we just tied her to the railings.
