Standing on the edge of the delightful village of Carperby in the heart of Wensleydale, this property has been converted from Manor Farm, retaining much of the original character and has a corner stone fireplace. It is extremely well equipped and furnished to provide comfortable accommodation of a very high standard, with floor-to-ceiling windows and seating for eight guests in the dining room. There is a small garden and an abundance of walks from the doorstep through beautiful Wensleydale. The village, which has its own inn, is totally surrounded by magnificent unspoilt countryside and is an ideal location for touring the whole of the Dales. There are good pubs serving food in the neighbouring villages and the market towns of Leyburn and Hawes offer shops, pubs, restaurants and tea shops.
The owner will accept a maximum of 4 children and 1 infant in any given party.

Very Clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, quality furniture. Plenty of room for 8 people. No issues with entering the property owners give you the key code. Lovely location for walking and visiting local attractions. We would definitely use again if going back to the area.

Lovely stay for large family group.Spacious rooms.Peaceful location.Would definitely return.Bed comfortable.Only negative is that it was difficult to work out storage heaters so it felt cold on arrival but fine once we sorted it out. Also very limited cleaning supplies and had to buy own bin bags in order to empty kitchen bin.But very minor points, overall great place.
