Situated within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, YHA Grinton Lodge features many nearby hiking routes and mountain biking paths. Traditional limestone barns and wildflower meadows can be seen in the surrounding area. Free private parking is also on offer.
An on-site restaurant, garden and shop are available for all Grinton Lodge guests to use, as well as a games room and BBQ area. Guests can make use of the camping facilities available. Dogs are allowed when staying in camping facilities only
The historic market town of Richmond is only 10 miles away and features an 11th-century castle and the Georgian Theatre Royal. Shops, restaurants and cafés are also on offer.
