Scarr House Farm is a well-equipped, spacious cottage ideal for large groups, offering a comfortable lounge, ample hot water, and strong internet signal. Scarr House Farm and adjacent barn have been combined to offer superb holiday accommodation with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 shower rooms, which is perfect for family gatherings and groups of friends sharing! The spacious living room with polished wood floors, beamed ceiling and open fire is warm and welcoming with views over the open countryside to the front and rear. A large enclosed garden and paved patio is perfect for children as well as adults who can relax and enjoy a barbecue whilst admiring the views of the dale. The ground floor offers wheelchair access along with a bedroom and spacious wet room.

11 of us had a fabulous week in this beautifully located cottage. The cottage is extremely well equipped with everything you need for cooking meals for a large number and a great range cooker. There is ample hot water and the internet signal is very good. The lounge area is comfortable with several sofas and a real fire. The first supply of logs is provided but you need to get your own after this. There is a bar/guest house in Thwaite where you can have a drink and eat and also a pub in Muker with good food. The nearest town for shops is Hawes about 6 miles away.

Great place to stay for a family. Accommodation very generous with plenty of space for everyone. The walk into Muker is about a mile but the Farmers Arms is at the end which us lovely. Its actually closer to Thwaite.

We are regular visitors and have been coming back for over 7 years, so very pleased overall. Always nicely decorated fir Christmas, so very welcoming. We had a few problems this time but Cottages. Com rectified most of them. Will return, and can reccomend for larger parties.
