Thanks for welcome pack and excellent file of information .A five minute walk through a passage on the opposite side of the street led through the churchyard to the Market Place with all its restaurants, cafes, shops and a Co-op supermarket. Lidl is a short walk away. Beck Isle Museum a short distance from Market Place is worth visiting. Double yellow lines outside house means hoping for a parking space further down the street ( in October we got a space every day) or using the car park pass. Superb meals at Cappelmans, Figaros and the Moors Inn at Appleton-Le-Moors just a few miles away. Went to Whitby and used the Park and Ride..very convenient.

All ages of family had private space to escape to as house was good size. Garden was a bonus for children.

It's very deceptive on size. There were 6 of us staying and there was so much space. It was clean, well equipped. Lovely garden. Perfect location in town. We managed to park on the street outside a few nights in the week. If there was no parking the owners provide a parking permit for the car park just 2 mins drive away. We would definitely stay again.
