Boundcliffe Farm is highly praised for its welcoming touches, including homemade bread and cake, and its suitability for families and pets. The property offers a range of facilities such as a games room, trampoline, and football pitch, although there are some concerns about Wi-Fi and cutlery quality. Its location is ideal for exploring the North York Moors, coast, and local attractions.
Guests consistently note the property as clean and well-maintained, with several reviews specifically mentioning its spotlessness. One review mentioned the need to clean some areas upon arrival, but this seems to be an isolated incident.
The property's location is frequently commended for its proximity to local attractions and natural beauty. It is described as ideal for visiting the coast, countryside, and nearby towns, although the absence of a village pub within walking distance is noted.
The comfort of the property is often highlighted, with mentions of comfortable beds and a homely feel. The spaciousness and the layout of the property contribute to the comfort experienced by guests.
Facilities such as the games room, playground, and field are well-received, especially for children. However, some guests have suggested improvements regarding Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and kitchen lighting, which indicates room for enhancement in facilities and maintenance.
The thoughtfulness of the hosts is a standout feature, with many guests delighted by the homemade cake and bread on arrival. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The farm is very comfortable and clean, definitely a "home from home ". It is very well equipped and the beds were really comfy. The kids loved the playground especially the trampolines!! I would definitely book again as we enjoyed ourselves so much.

The kids enjoyed to games room and extra board games, the TV and IPads didnât get turned on once! we will definitely stay here again! Super friendly and helpful, even went to extra mile to post my daughters comfort blanket back home when we accidentally left it behind

Owners were very friendly. Cottage was fairly easy to find even on the first night in the dark! Was in a good location for us with lots to do. Had Xbox, pool table, darts, kids toys, games and an outside play area with trampolines, slides, swing etc. Location was really good for us. Really close to Pickering and Thornton-le-Dale. We all had a lovely time. This has been our favourite cottage so far.
