The house location was perfect.Pickering High Street just over the road ,the bus stop just outside ,and the beautiful steam train station just yards away.The beck running alongside the garden was beautiful .Very much home from home with everything you need for self catering.The beds were very comfortable. The slight negatives were ,Parking for only 1 car (Sleeps up to 6)Bit of an odour in the toilets /bathroom

Excellent house to stay in pickering, very well placed for touring around or to stay local ,private parking, the house is great ,clean,well equipped, plenty of room ,nicely decorated, we will definitely return .
