An attractive, ground floor apartment in a modern development, The Bay, 3 miles from the delightful old seaside town of Filey. Tastefully furnished and decorated, this bright and cheerful Filey self-catering apartment offers comfortable accommodation, with an open plan living area, galley-style kitchen and en-suite shower room to the double bedroom. Outside this Filey self-catering apartment are communal lawned grounds, with a small nature reserve, two lakes, and BBQ and picnic areas for guests. A three minute stroll along a private walkway brings you to a lovely, sandy Blue Flag beach, perfect for families, whilst on the complex itself is an excellent indoor swimming pool with a sauna, steam room and a gym. There are also tennis courts, a putting green, beauticians and fishing. A good pub serving food, coffee shop and chemist in The Bay are within three minutes' walk from this Filey self-catering apartment. The surrounding area has plenty to offer holidaymakers, including the small resort of Filey, with its fine promenades, pony rides on the beach, lovely parks and quaint shops and streets. As soon as we entered we were shocked by the mess on the floor and then we started looking further. Sorry to say this, but this is not rentable in this way, it is because we were visiting family in England, otherwise we would have left immediately. Showers are filthy, even with hair (the bath even has a crack in it), you won't find an oven dirtier, sun blinds covered in dust, even the dining table was covered in dust. In the cupboards even dirty attributes and a brochure from 2019 (indicates that this is purely about money). When we see what our son had, a whole house, everything neat and clean, more facilities and the rent cheaper than yours. Then the peace and quiet in the apartment, renting upstairs with children is a complete mockery. Audible until late at night (01:00 am) and again in the morning at 07:00 am making noise. Yes, even later in the week with 2 girls and their scooter through the house. Nearby neighbors with 3 dogs that were constantly barking and the lady quietly stood in front of our windows to make the phone call. I have never been so happy to go home. That's why I wish you the best of luck in becoming a millionaire in this unmanageable way. I'm angry, disappointed and tired, but I know I NEVER want this again! Too much money (£626.00) for something like that.

There was a grill pan inside the oven that had been used but not cleaned. Radiator near kitchen was dirty and bottom of radiator in en-suite was either dirty or very rusty. Stayed at The Bay several times in different properties but this was the most disappointing.
