Deja Blue is a very spacious first floor apartment in the centre of Filey, perfect for couples. Decorated and furnished to a very good standard the property is in a quiet area and overlooks the church opposite. From the living/dining room there is a sea view and it’s a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Just around the corner you have all the local shops, bank and post office as well as several restaurants and bars. It’s just a short stroll down to the beach with miles of golden sands. When the tide is out you can walk for at least 3 miles along the shores. Alternatively you can look around the beautiful Crescent Gardens, which overlook Filey Bay and are only 100 yards from the property. For those of you who enjoy the great outdoors the Cleveland Way ends in Filey so you can track back and walk some of the Cleveland Way along the clifftops. Along the coast you can see the chalk cliffs of Flamborough Head where the rspb bird sanctuary is one of the most popular visitor sites. Here you can see puffins in their natural habitat. The larger resort of Scarborough is further north and just a short drive from the property. Inland you can discover the North Yorkshire Moors, the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds, or the historic city of York. Beach 500 yards. Shop and restaurant 100 yards, pub 150 yards.

A lovely, comfortable apartment - close to the shops and restaurants. A short walk down to the beach/promenade. Parking looked to be ok, but we arrived by train and the apartment was about a 10 minute walk away. Our only issue was with the shower in the cubicle - we just couldn't get it to heat up no matter what we tried. We ended up using the hand shower over the bath, which did heat up.We had a great few days in Filey/Deja Blue, would stay here again.
