We just love the location of this pod, only two miles from the coast with private hot tub and surrounded by open countryside. All on the

Great break away to the Hawthorn cabin, we had a wonderful time enjoying the quiet family time, but with plenty of options on site and local to do if required. Waking to the sheep every morning was blissful. Hot tub was a great addition, our Son loved it! It definitely helped us all relax and recuperate. My only negatives to share would be the issue we had with flies in the accommodation and the bed possibly time for replacing. I understand we were on a farm, but they didn't bother us sat outside, but the amount that seemed to constantly appear within the cabin became a little overwhelming by day 5! I've never seen so many flies, particularly when we kept doors and windows closed, which then didn't help with keeping the cabin cool for night time. Overall, it was a beautiful site, lovely accommodation and Farmer Ben was great too.

Housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough eg Cutlery and draw wasn’t up to standard, needed to be washed before we could use them.Front of the Draw under bed came off in my hand.Pillow case not ironed.Found knickers under bed from previous occupants.Glass door needed a clean.But saying all that I would recommend the pods and the farm brilliant place lovely owners would come back.Housekeeper must have had a bad day.

Flies a BIG problem. Mix match of glassware - only one wine glass.No sieveWhen watching TV / Sky lost connection on one of the channels - picture was all fuzzy. Also only access to some of the Sky Channels not all of them (even the standard ones).Hot tub cover wornDespite the few issues above, we had a lovely stay. Thank you.
