Our beautiful three bedroomed, caravan is situated on Rose View which has unobstructed sea views, with views of Filey Bay to the north and Flamborough Head to the North. Rose View lies 2 minutes from the beach path and one minute from the main complex. Our pitch has one of the best views on Primrose Valley.



Our caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an integrated fridge freezer, full sized cooker and a microwave. There is a dining table and chairs next to the kitchen which is ideal for enjoying a family meal. The lounge area has two and three seater sofas and a pull out double bed. There is a flat screen Smart TV. From the lounge there are patio doors which lead onto a large wrap around, gated deck, perfect for the warm summer evenings.

There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom is very spacious having a dressing table and wardrobe, en suite with toilet and wash basin, TV and a hair dryer. There are two twin bedrooms with TV, wardrobe and bedside table which make it perfect for a family holiday. Water, gas, electricity and WiFi are included in the price of your holiday and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival. We do not supply towels. Our caravan is family owned and we have a strict no smoking policy. There is a parking space next to the caravan. We also own the luxury, prestige caravan next door (advert ref number 4062 ) so we can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Funworks passes, if required, may be purchased at Havens check in reception when you arrive. Check in is from 3pm and check out time is 10am.
