If you’re looking for a comfortable family holiday with a couple of luxury touches, then our eight berth Swift Bordeaux Prestige caravan could be what you are looking for!

This benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. At massive 38 feet long by 12 feet wide this caravan provides a feeling of home from home, with comfort and ample space.

We have a fantastic sea view pitch on Bay View/Pine Ridge area of the park which will allow you to open the patio doors and enjoy our balcony view to the full.

The lounge is bathed in daylight with its floor to ceiling windows covering the whole of the end wall, there is a very stylish sofa providing ample seating for all the family which also houses the double sofa bed. We have provided a 32 inch TV/ DVD for your entertainment and beneath the large wall mirror is a contemporary fire place for those cooler evenings. We provide a Bluetooth speaker to connect any devices. Play relaxing daytime music or party music to get you in the mood before heading off to the shows at the entertainment complex!!

The dining area has a free standing table and chairs opposite the open plan kitchen which comes fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay including a full sized oven and grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor fan, microwave, full sized integrated fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.

The gorgeous master bedroom has its own private on-suite and a double bed with twin bedside cabinets as well as stylish overhead storage and shelving units. A 22 inch wall mounted TV in the bedroom is great if you just want a bit of quiet time!!. There is a full sized double wardrobe and separate dressing table area with mirror and drawer units as well as a handy make up stool. There are two further twin bedrooms all with central heating and ample storage space provided.

The shower room has a modern white suite incorporating a sink with wall vanity until and a large enclosed shower cubicle with mixer shower, there is also a separate WC.

This really is a stunning caravan on a one of the best pitches on Primrose Valley, one of the best holiday parks in the area. We visit here often ourselves as a home from home. Please treat it with the same respect :-)

We provide linen, duvets and pillow covers, including those for the sofa bed for bookings of 8. We also provide a bath mat.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception at check in if required.

Caravan Situated at Pine Ridge G28 (on the border of Bay View)

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (rspb Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
