The large sitting/dining room is flooded with natural light from the patio doors that lead out onto an enclosed private patio area. The dining table offers seating for six, creating a sociable space to enjoy a delicious evening meal, take away or a much-needed glass of your favourite holiday drink.
The deep filled sofas surround an electric wood burning stove and are ideal for lazy evenings in enjoying a movie or catching up on your favourite soap! The ground floor accommodation is completed with a toilet. In the wide hallway is an area for hanging towels and coats as well as plenty of space for shoes and buckets and spades. To the first floor are three bedrooms all off which have exposed wooden floors, stylish interior design and flexible sleeping opportunities with a bunk bedroom, king-size double and super-king size zip and link double (Can be twins on request). The larger two bedrooms also provide built in wardrobes. The family bathroom is the final room on this floor and offers a shower cubicle, a separate bath and a toilet.

This was a great house in a perfect location for exploring Filey and the surrounding areas. Perfect for walking the beach, the town and even the Brigg. The house was spacious and perfect for 4 adults and a child, who loved the bunk beds. There are plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways all within walking distance. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay at Filey.
