Great location and facility. Would use again.Just for info...If you have mobility issues and are not familiar with Scarborough it is quite hilly! Similarly, Denelea is spread over a few floors.

Good location great views of north bay,Peasholm park,short walk into town centre, takeaways restaurants.needs a bit of tidying up and repair work,extractor fan in main bathroom don,t work,inside door handles on en-suite & main bathroom loose & come off. en-suite bedroom bed slats need fixing loose/wrong seem to be smaller than the bed,loose plaster in living room above bay window.
